Glasgow COP26: MOBILIST Briefing on Catalysing Institutional Capital for Climate Finance and the Global Goals

The MOBILIST Infrastructure Competition Update Event was an opportunity to hear directly from the financial institutions that, at the time, were participating in the advanced stage of the MOBILIST Competition.

The event discusses tangible progress being made towards mobilising institutional capital through listed markets into sustainable infrastructure investment in emerging markets and developing countries.

This Competition is a call to the private sector from the FCDO for ideas on how to redirect flows of capital towards emerging and frontier market infrastructure. This is the first in a series of competitions under the £90m FCDO Mobilising Institutional Capital Through Listed Product Structures (MOBILIST) programme. These competitions will look to the market for listed fund and platform structures with the potential to unlock institutional capital for SDG financing at scale.
